ABOUT
LEADeres is a non-credit leadership lab designed to support Latinx professionals as they pursue their individual career and life goals. The program emphasizes identity formation and personal development in the areas of cultural identity, leadership, professional development, and community and civic engagement. Participants learn and grow together over a six-month period, engaging with seasoned leaders and working on teams to identify creative solutions for community issues. Graduates possess the skills, resources, and confidence necessary to support each other as leaders professionally and in their community.

Participants are introduced to concepts for innovation strategies and Human Centered Design.
Participants learn the Cultural Intelligence model for becoming leaders professionally.
Participants are introduced to concepts and perspectives about leadership.
Participants learn about systems and structures in corporate and professional environments and are introduced to concrete skills to navigate them.
Participants interact with community and civic leaders to make connections and develop opportunities for community and civic engagement.
The capstone experience is the culmination of all activities.
